I am 3rd generation hairstylist, and I don't have to go to work; I get to go to work every day. I'm blessed to work with a like-minded, great group of people.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Taking steps to our ultimate goals and seeing team members grow into themselves personally and professionally.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Taking the emotion out of certain situations.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't do it ....joke!
- Be a lifelong learner.
- Take well-calculated risks (do not get caught up in analysis paralysis).
- Work on what is most important in a day, week, year five years.
