Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Brad Menachemson, Co-Founder and President of ZADASI LLC, located in Dallas, TX, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are in the business of scaling women entrepreneurs and women in business through forums, funding, and access to a select, powerful community.

Tell us about yourself

My purpose is to be a powerful creator and intentional giver. ZADASI was born out of the inequalities that still exist for women who wish to invest in themselves and push to the levels of success of their male counterparts. I created the movement and have enlisted an extraordinary team of Industry professionals from all over the world with a common mission and defined purpose. This movement is for my two daughters, your daughters, and generations of women to come.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Growing our community of both men and women leaders who share the same mission of ensuring that we hold ourselves accountable to educate and create change for the next generation of leaders.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

There is nothing hard for me about being a business owner. I only work and live in a world of possibilities where everything is possible.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Clearly define the key objective of the business and then do the due diligence to ensure that there is a need for that objective.
  2. Understand that it takes funding, either via a loan or capital raising to scale a successful business.
  3. Design the business around your life, and do not let anything stop you from achieving success. Failures of the past are simply the wisdom of your future.
