What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are small business coaches. Our clients are small business owners who call us their easy button for marketing, sale, human resources, and office systems.

Tell us about yourself

Hank started our company as a promotional products distributor (we still own that division), which quickly grew to coaching his clients about marketing and sales. When a client also needed help with human resources and setting up office systems, Sharyn joined the company. We are motivated to help our clients reach their business and life goals, knowing that if we help small business owners grow enough to hire at least one person, together, we could grow our middle class and our economy, regardless of the current political climate.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

For the last 26 years, we have helped thousands of business owners grow their small businesses, even through 2 moves across the country and a pandemic!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Entrepreneurs will work harder (and longer hours) for themselves than working for anyone else, yet will be far more fulfilled!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Make sure you know who your ideal client/customer will be, that your product or service is needed and wanted by that client/customer, and what messages you need to create to attract that client/customer.
