Tell us about yourself

I wanted to create what I wished existed on the internet. I hoped that there were mentors and coaches who looked like me and understood what I had gone through. When I didn't see what I wanted out there, the role models I wished existed, I created it.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being an inspiration to moms and women of color. Showing that it's possible to balance a two million dollar + business with having a life and doing what I love.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Getting outside of your comfort zone and embracing growth. Knowing that everything you want exists outside of your comfort zone.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find the things you love about growing and scaling your business, and delegate the rest if possible.
  2. Create the mindset and identity of the successful version of you; it makes success come easier.
  3. Don't think from the perspective of now when it comes to making decisions; think from the end with your dream already achieved.
