What's your business, and who are your customers?

We're a full-service digital marketing agency focused on revenue growth. Our typical client is in the e-commerce space, with revenues between 5MM to 200MM annually.

Tell us about yourself

I graduated college in 2008, didn't know what to do, and googled "how to get rich online." When I first started, it was to "get rich," but after going through the entrepreneur's journey, I realized that money isn't a strong enough "why." I realized that helping people is what really gets me through the day, and the more people I can help, the more impactful my life will be.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I believe "accomplishments" are subjective, and in my case, it really doesn't have anything to do with money. We help our clients scale profitably, with the majority of our clients growing 30% - 100% in revenue.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

People think that business owners get to set their own times, go on vacation and do whatever they want when in fact, it's actually the total opposite. We actually never really have much downtime and need to be on the clock 24/7 because the buck stops with you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Stay the course, and don't give up. Most people give up after their first failure without realizing that failing is actually part of the process, and the more they fail, the closer they get to a successful business.
Working hard is more important than being smart. A good work ethic will carry you through the dark times, while being smart will actually cause you to quit while you're ahead.
Hire slow and fire fast.
