What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is Women of the World Network®. Women of the World Network® is a supportive entrepreneurial community for multinational and international ladies thriving all over the world. We support women of diverse cultures and backgrounds to build their unique life and business.
Tell us about yourself
I was born in Kazakhstan and came to the US 20 years ago. I have worked for a couple of software companies in a marketing capacity and made direct sales, but I always wanted to create a business that talked to my heart and helped me achieve fulfillment. My motivation is to see women achieve and be inspired to do what they want, find their purpose, and pursue their dreams.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Gaining clarity on exactly what I want to do, leaving the corporate world, and founding a business that my heart desires while supporting multinational and international women representing 21 countries today. Following my purpose.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Keeping the right mindset, not making it about myself.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
