Wenkroy International - Mitch Tublin

Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Mitch Tublin, CEO and Founder of Wenkroy International LLC., located in Casper, WY, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I run a boutique consulting firm with the main purpose of helping entrepreneurs and business people create the strategy, the plan, and the steps necessary to achieve that person’s vision for their business and often their life while navigating the obstacles which may be blocking them from reaching their goals. The process may involve one-on-one coaching, advising, laser focus days, personal growth workshops, and more. The process is utilized for individuals, teams, divisions, and across entire companies.

Tell us about yourself

Each day my goal is to add value to at least one person who I don’t know. Prior to starting my company almost 20 years ago, my main job was always working within a much larger organization. Although I’ve owned and run small businesses along the way, I always felt there were bigger and more impactful things I was meant to do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping my clients, especially the VIP clients, recognize where they needed to focus their attention and how to make time work for them. Their successes and the impact they have had and continue to have on others bring a smile to my face.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Meeting people who are really ready to invest the effort, the time, and the investment in themselves across the board to grow professionally and personally.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Recognize a business is not a hobby.
  2. Stay on track and focus on your reason, purpose, and goals for the business.
  3. Fertilize your strengths and recognize your weaknesses. Hire people who are strong in your weaknesses. Continue to grow in your strengths.
