What's your business, and who are your customers?
We guide people to move their bodies and expand their comfort zone. Through yoga, spin, weights, and movement, we believe that all humans' levels and abilities can participate.
Tell us about yourself
I have a huge passion for health and wellness. Moving your body is key to living a healthy life. I show our clients every day what is possible.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Fourteen years in business and have shifted with our times. Still running a successful Yoga circuit and spin program online; As well as life coaching.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being on all the time. At the end of the day, it falls on my shoulders.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be very clear on who you want to serve.
- Offer the best customer service possible. Be organized.
- Make sure you have the financial backup to keep going even when it's quiet.
