Tell us all about your business...

We're heating, AC, and water heating. We do service, maintenance, installation, and assist homeowners.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a business owner?

Since I was a teenager, I worked for my dad and was inspired to split the business, take the HVAC division, and turn it into my own business. I love pushing my and my companies boundaries to see how we can do things better, faster, and more efficiently and how it translates to a better customer experience.

As an entrepreneur, what does success ultimately mean to you?

Significantly growing the business over the past nine years and winning numerous awards. Most notable is the 2021 Top Choice award as Top HVAC company in GTA.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being an entrepreneur?

Finding good employees. I'm cautious about who I have to join my team. But as our reputation continues to grow, it's becoming easier to attract top talent.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

Please have a good network you can lean on, create a system that caters to all facets of the business and build a team that can run it. Growing a team would involve entering new marketing channels to increase business, reduce turnover, or diversify your services or service area.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

You are your business. You're health and lifestyle will affect your business. Keep in mind personal decisions will affect your company in positive and negative ways.
