What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our highly curated team of women gynecologists and providers focuses on your personal and private internal wellness, sexual health, and confidence. VSPOT offers intimate, transformative, and medical vaginal healing treatments you didn’t know there were solutions for. The discomfort or embarrassment you might be feeling for a variety of reasons --dryness, inability to orgasm, or urinary incontinence -- are solvable issues. Performed with non-invasive, non-surgical, pain-free, FDA-approved treatments. We focus on all the normal stages of a woman’s life, pregnancies, the natural aging process, menstruation, and menopause.
VSPOT is changing the landscape of what defines women’s health. We are bringing once taboo subjects to the forefront (think: incontinence, dryness, painful sex, inability to orgasm) and not only normalizing these natural changes a woman experiences but specializing in cutting-edge, non-invasive, FDA-approved treatments that create life-changing results. From pre-pregnancy to post-menopause, over 100 Million women are impacted by these changes. Our team of gynecologists supports people who have vulvas to discover intimacy, sexual satisfaction, and overall self-esteem.

Tell us about yourself
It started as a personal journey to find a non-invasive solution for my own urinary leakage and vaginal dryness after giving birth to my twins. I researched endlessly to find a solution but kept coming up empty-handed or heading into surgical offices, where the complications heavily outweighed the archaic solutions.
After months of researching, I found a non-invasive, painless technology (C02 fractional laser) in Europe that was addressing my exact issues, and luckily for me, it was heading to the US markets. After receiving the treatment, I knew I needed to help other women find the same results while skipping the pain of embarrassment and endless hours of researching solutions, so VSPOT was created.
Motivation: To see the transformation from a client’s first consultation through the end of their treatments is somewhat euphoric. A client’s entire demeanor and confidence are completely uplifted and changed. My motivation is just knowing that we are changing women’s lives which has a phenomenal ripple effect and impact on their work, relationships, family, and community.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our expansion from our first location on a 3rd floor walkup in the Upper East Side to adding our second location on the ground floor on 5th avenue. The expansion brings so many more opportunities to bring education and awareness to women’s intimate health.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Balancing personal and professional life is always a challenge. VSPOT is so much a part of who I am, and it is difficult to separate work and life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself and never let go of your “true north” or why you started the business in the first place.
- Believe in business research - the more you know about your target market, the better.
- Surround yourself with a team that not only believes in your mission but can support your growth through their own outstanding talents.
