Business and Leadership Coaching - Our customers are small to medium businesses in the profit, nonprofit, and government sectors.

Tell us about yourself

Official business began in 2014. A service I did for free until a client came along and offered compensation. What motivates me daily is understanding that business enterprises bring solutions to help people live a better quality of life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Watching leaders grow from the ability to lead five or fewer persons initially and now their skills to lead more than 50+ people effectively.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Helping people understand the need to create a strong foundation before building a profitable organization.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
