What's your business, and who are your customers?

It's health and wellness specific for skincare.

Tell us about yourself

It was an accident and surprised me, but then I found out how I hold to care about people's stories and their journeys since I was a young age; the business found me more than I found it.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I got two trademarks, Vivita and Fassage (Massage and facial). I also created over 150 product types in a short period. I dealt for consistent eight years of 10 to deal with 2000 clients, each having 2 hours of Fassage with over 8000 treatments on my own.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I was too right on focus to make it right, made the entire business and clients want me only, and put me in a circle that I am trying to get out of it.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Don't rely on yourself, and do rely on yourself.
  2. Trust others.
  3. Don't plan ahead because it's never the same in the real world as on paper.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Yes, don't follow my journey was not easy unless you really love it.
