What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am La Empresaria espiritual, which translates to The spiritual entrepreneur. My focus is on coaching women entrepreneurs in business through their spiritual calling as their mission and purpose in this lifetime. My program "align with your power" starts with the goal of accompanying & guiding women who dare to be authentic and begin a path of economic independence. Together we work in every area of their lives, aligning themselves to their life mission & true purpose. The life mission is something very intimate and personal, and only when we rediscover our true selves after dissolving thousands of limiting beliefs can we really connect with it. After my own life experiences, I've found that fusing my energy healing techniques with business coaching helps my clients align with their soul's life purpose, therefore bringing in a more fulfilling work/life experience.

Tell us about yourself

I am an entrepreneur, speaker, business consultant, and spiritual healer with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. A hotelier by profession, and after several failed attempts at corporate jobs and much angst trying to pick just one thing to be in life, I realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a handicap. I resigned from the security of 9-5 and started working as a beauty consultant in an international marketing company, climbing the leadership position as I grew in my business. My spiritual and personal development also grew, and above all, my passion for helping other people to achieve their dreams.

Later I used the term "specialist in creating freedom" because it didn't (and never will) fit into a conventional title. I believe that you have to give yourself all your being if you want to thrive in today's world. I started my business when I discovered that my passion and drive are inspired by helping others rediscover their inner dreams and desires and then aiding them in achieving those dreams. My methods are based on my years of traditional business management education and experience, as well as psychological and spiritual techniques to create lasting results.

I am part of the first graduating class to be certified in Sacred Soul Alignments, a new modality used to clear a great number of beliefs (potentially thousands of beliefs per alignment), as well as shock and trauma, trapped emotions, oaths, vows and contracts, collapse timelines that are not serving us, balance the systems and cells of the body and delete negative genetic programming. I have created several motivational and spiritual online programs such as "28 Days of Gratitude" and "21 Days of Transformation: Creating the Backbone for Financial and Spiritual Success.", "Align with your life purpose," What really keeps me going every day is my commitment to my mission which is to elevate the collective consciousness on our planet earth.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Through my work as a business leader, speaker, and spiritual teacher with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, I've been able to accompany hundreds of women on their entrepreneurial path to creating their own small businesses within the beauty industry. I have been recognized as a Top Sales Director of the company for which I worked, and — I was recognized in 2021 as one of the 21 most powerful and influential women in my Latino community in the D.C. Metropolitan Area (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia), by the organization - "The power of being a woman" for my years of serving my community. But at the end of the day, for me, my biggest accomplishment has been the fulfillment that I feel every time I see one of my students or clients overcome depression, heal their relationships with their loved ones, achieve their business goals, and much more. It truly fills my heart with gratitude.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Believing in yourself and creating the daily discipline that is required of an entrepreneur to build a sustainable and successful business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Focus on something you have a passion for, Make sure you are creating a business that is aligned with your purpose in life.
  2. Become very clear with who you are going to serve with your business and what needs your business are going to fulfill.
  3. Be patient with yourself and invest in your own personal and business development. You are the heart of your business, and your business is only an extension of who you are. Never forget that your mental health is a priority.
