What's your business, and who are your customers?
Viveka is a dual SaaS learning and development platform targeted at coaches, clients, and companies. We make transformational learning experiences available to billions around the world with the largest marketplace for coaches and an automated training platform for companies. Our goal is to help people reach their highest potential through professional development and personal growth, offering effortless access to leaders across specialties - from mindfulness to executive management. We are the go-to place for a turnkey coaching and training solution.
Tell us about yourself
I've always had a great passion for human potential and personal growth. Viveka is my way of making the greatest impact on as many people as possible. Our team has created a unique coaching ecosystem that we intend to reach billions with - this is what motivates me each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would say it's the ability to gather people around a vision that I'm passionate about, seeing them be engaged and infatuated by the idea. I love to inspire people.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest part is that there is no "off" button and no stopping. The positive side of this is that there are always new ideas and challenges to tackle - so it never gets boring!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Resilience - never give up on your dreams; there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
- Teamwork - surround yourself with people who are smarter than you and who you love spending time with.
- Purpose - Make sure your "why" is bigger than you.
