What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. I help people optimize their health span through behavior modification with a focus on teaching them how to eat nutrient-dense and delicious foods. I specialize in food prep, so my clients are not ambushed by hunger. Weight loss is a natural by-product of nutrient-dense eating. Improved sleep and increased energy are too.

Tell us about yourself

I have been fascinated by food as medicine for as long as I can remember. Always sharing information and caring for friends and loved ones, I was immediately sparked when I learned of the profession of a health coach. Helping people realize their healthiest selves is my passion.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The creation of all my content for my website and social media, as well as meal plans and ebooks. I am a wealth of information.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Making money.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be sure it is something you love doing as it will be your life. Never stop learning about your profession and share it with passion.
