What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business does strategic consulting for early-stage start-ups in business development, product management, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and all other aspects of early-stage start-up growth.
Tell us about yourself
Having been a serial entrepreneur with one successful acquisition exit, I have learned the ropes of early-stage start-up growth. I like to use my experience to assist other founders in overcoming hurdles and growing quickly.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Selling one of my companies to a larger venture-backed company was my biggest accomplishment.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
When being a business owner, you have to manage priorities by multi-tasking and understanding the needs of the business while also being fiscally prudent.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Do your research and know that your product has a place in the market.
- Know your customer really well.
- Find mentorship from individuals who have done it before.
