What's your business, and who are your customers?

VIP LASH STUDIO is a beauty salon that specializes in handling all of your eyelash needs. All sets are customized and handmade by Marlen & Diana. Our clients are busy people that are looking forward to relaxing and making their mornings easier by getting lash extensions.

Tell us about yourself

Marlen and I have been doing lashes for several years, since 2018, to be exact. We were too comfortable working for other people since we didn't have to worry about anything. In 2022 we decided to take the risk and finally open our own lash studio (VIP LASH STUDIO). What motivates us each day is seeing our clients happy each time they come for a fullset or fill.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Owning a lash studio in Bellaire, TX, and being able to provide the most relaxing and magical beauty service to our clients is our biggest accomplishment as business owners.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is that you are responsible for everything that, includes marketing, customer service, rent, utilities, etc.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find what you are passionate about.
  2. Don't just acquire customers; retain them.
  3. Work hard, stay consistent and be patient.
