What's your business, and who are your customers?
Currently, my most promising business is the site which displays pages from the Arweave archive. There are many millions of pages in that archive, and if I succeed in indexing them in Google, I will have high traffic.
On this site, there are affiliate links and links to my courses, where I try to sell a D language course and one of my math discoveries (the course of discontinuous analysis).
Tell us about yourself
I am one of the best mathematicians in history, but it happened that I have no scientific degree. It appeared true that "PhDs build on works of other PhDs." That is, they ignore the works of non-PhDs. So, by publishing my math discoveries while being a non-PhD, I blocked the development of science (they don't want to build on my work, neither would they publish if they rediscover the same as me), highly increasing the likelihood of complete destruction of mankind. I want to earn money (a few ten thousand dollars) to re-publish my scientific discoveries and save the world from complete destruction.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I earned about $20000 by completing code hacks on gitcoin website.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing as a business owner for me was: 1. keep going doing future-promising things (e.g., to write a book, even if I had no marketplace to sell it at) and make small steps, 2. choose the kind of business to do and platforms to advertise at. 3. To lay aside your money for a future investment rather than to spend now on small things.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Build for the future: even if your work can't bring you money now, it may occur in the future.
- Don't be resistant to invest (but only in the best investments that you found). After you build something, you may need to lay aside your business and earn money to invest from your salary.
- Invest in quality SEO. PPC traffic may not convert.
