Making Men’s Self Care a Whole Vibe - vibe.
Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal care but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Timothy Morris, owner of vibe., located in Chino Hills, CA, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
vibe body care is a men's personal care brand on a mission to innovate men's grooming. Currently, we are growing our company in the men's haircare space, although we have plans for growth in men's body care + skincare as well.
Tell us about yourself
When I was just 19 years old, I had the idea of starting a vibe. I noticed that there wasn't one brand with great packaging, products, fragrances, and community. I was on a mission to bring more attention to men's personal care at a young age. Since then, the vibe has grown fast, and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner so far has been launching our products in Urban Outfitters locations. I have always shopped at Urban, and seeing my product on their shelves has been a dream come true.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being a business owner is far from easy. Every single day, you will be faced with battles to accomplish and fires to put out. All entrepreneurs need a strong mindset when they run their own businesses.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The top three tips are to stay disciplined, strong-minded, and never give up.
