What's your business, and who are your customers?

I inspire and support individuals and organizations to build healthy workplace environments through strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning to drive retention and create an innovative culture where people want to work!

Tell us about yourself

I have always had a keen interest in human behavior, so I started out to get my PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Along the way, I found coaching. While I use my psychology, I love, love, love coaching. It is forward-focused and different every day. And I learn something from all of my clients as well.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Building my business from scratch, Keeping my business alive through COVID, and helping people build skills, insight, emotional intelligence, and resilience to move them through their lives both professionally and personally.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not always knowing where the next client might come from.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Don't give up! Don't reinvent the wheel and keep a growth mindset.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Keep moving forward, big steps, little steps, it doesn't matter; just keep the forward momentum and always give yourself grace when things get tough, or you are facing a challenge. Fear is a reaction, and courage is a decision. We move our lives forward by change and not by chance.
