Tell us about yourself
I've spent the last two decades helping ambitious leaders overcome what was holding them back from achieving breakthrough results. I have the ability to quickly spot what matters most and bridge ideas with implementation in order to deliver truly remarkable results. Based on my research and experience, I saw leaders insulated from the rapid change happening outside their organizations. It was only a matter of time before a change in marketplace demand impacted organizational effectiveness. Leaders needed to transform their organizations into flexible, responsive, and data-informed teams if they wanted to thrive in this new reality. I want to enable and equip leaders to master their pivot so they can navigate between now and next with confidence and clarity.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I get to do the work I want to do, in the way I want to do it, with people I like and trust, and work on projects that matter to me.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Learning to say no. The ability to do this is a sign of maturity and wisdom, and that only comes with experience and perspective. It takes time. But when you discover this ability, you'll experience it as a superpower.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start. There is never a better time to begin than today.
- Learn. Continuous improvement is essential to remain agile, flexible, and open.
- Do. Action matters because you will be measured by what you achieve
