What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is Baptiste Power Yoga. It is an amazing yoga that promotes vitality, focus, and amazing health.

Tell us about yourself

I started working on my business in 2000. I had a health concern, and yoga cured it completely. I wanted to be more vital during the day and feel really powerful. Baptiste is the worlds leading yoga. It is a very amazing sequence to do. Come and join us on the mat.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The creation of a great website. To also help people with their health.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Perhaps it is along in your work. I love people so much and can not wait to get them to my class.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Create a great social media following. Put a very solid plan together. Believe in yourself that you can do anything with your feet on the ground.

Yoga helps you with great health. That is the most important thing and keeps you really moving forward. It can help you really create and achieve your goals.
