We are a health and wellness clinic specializing in physiotherapy and massage therapy.

Tell us about yourself

I am motivated to help people tap into their physical and cognitive potential after sustaining an injury or developing one slowly over time. This is what rehabilitation is.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a business owner, so far, my biggest accomplishment has been to open the doors to our first fully renovated and brand new clinic in January 2022

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It’s on your mind from the minute you wake up until the time you’re dozing off to sleep at night.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Plan, plan, and plan more. Take it all with caution because other people may not be able to understand your goals and your drive to open your business, and they could guide you in a direction that is not true to yourself!
  2. Define your purpose. What is the big underlying meaning for why you are doing this? Could it be for your family or community to make you feel rewarded? Find a pure purpose to help guide your venture.
  3. Work hard and effectively. Spending hours and hours on your business unproductively is useless. Take a break, revisit and go back to your plan.
