What's your business, and who are your customers?
Universal Accounting Center is a post-secondary school working with accounting professionals. Since 1979 we've offered training, certifications, coaching, and support to help them have the premier accounting firm in their area.
Tell us about yourself
Family is what motivates me, and then, of course, the customer. Knowing that we can help them change their lives. It motivates me every day, and every time when I come to realize it all starts and ends with me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Year over year net profit growth. Rebounding after difficult years, turning the business around.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having someone to brainstorm and bounce ideas around with.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
