What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are in the Experience Design business. We understand customers' perceptions and use different design approaches to take the friction out of the relationship and bring innovation to create an ideal story.

Tell us about yourself

I am a person with disruptive thinking, obsessed with improving people's lives. I come from a discipline like engineering that taught me the fundamentals of design. Then add sciences that mixed neurology and psychology. And then, I began the path of understanding human experiences at the level of perceptions to improve them and provide them with purpose.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Decode the mental model of people, use it as a descriptor of perception, and then apply it as a design input within a process of organizational transformation.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

To bring down to earth a huge amount of information that came from neurology and consumer psychology and turn it into a value-creation tool for companies.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Follow your dream until it comes true.
  2. Provide it with a higher purpose.
  3. Make your team fall in love with the idea of ​​being fundamental factors of change through their work.
