What's your business, and who are your customers?

Personal Training and small group personal training. We use a traditional approach in powerlifting combined with our gravity training system. The gravity training system will take every fitness level to another level. The results are amazing with this low-impact, high-intensity maximum resistance workout will leave you feeling accomplished, stronger, and loving the feeling. The first workout is the hardest to get used to, but every workout after will leave you with more energy and strength.

Tell us about yourself

I wanted to learn more about working out and how I could use new techniques to progress my strengths. I looked at it as if I was able to make a career or business to help others as a huge bonus.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping clients from all abilities to get the results they want.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Hiring new trainers to help with clients.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Education, have a mentor who you work with for the first few years, patience.
