What's your business, and who are your customers?

Trulli Media helps Coaches and Course Creators scale their online programs to 7-figures with strategic sales funnels and Facebook™/Instagram™ advertising.

Tell us about yourself

Frustrated by the lack of transparency I received from several digital ad agencies, I taught myself how to run Facebook™ ads for my natural deodorant eCommerce business in 2015. I quickly fell in love with the ad process and out of love with the operational side of running an e-commerce business. In 2018, I quit my full-time job, sold my e-commerce biz, and accepted my first client for my digital ad agency (then Hunt Social). My professional background is in television production - I was a soap opera producer for over 16 years before transitioning into higher-ed marketing when my family and I moved from New York City to Colorado in 2012. Soap Operas are all about stories. And I learned how to tell compelling stories that unfolded over weeks and were often repetitive. Keeping things fresh and exciting was a must as a producer. This skill has helped me tremendously in the ad space and is one of our differentiators at Trulli Media.

I firmly believe that content is king - especially in the cluttered media environment we all experience daily. I am passionate about creating authentic and engaging marketing for our clients. Trulli Media launched in late 2020 with the mission of growing online programs for coaches and course creators. In the first six months of 2022, we've sold over $4.1 million in online programs using the power of Facebook/Instagram Advertising. That is an average return on investment for our clients of 525%. We do this with our proven funnel system designed specifically for the online program space. It is flexible, simple, and adaptable.

What keeps me motivated is knowing that we are impacting lives. Not only the lives of our clients but also the customers they serve. Coaching is incredibly powerful and to be able to help spread meaningful online programs to thousands of people is why we do what we do! Our clients are women who have started a coaching career later in life. I am grateful to work with so many inspirational women utilizing the impact of the digital economy to make an impact on the world!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our first 7-figure launch was pretty cool! And then, when we repeated it four months later, I knew we were onto something pretty big!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

There is always something else you could be doing or trying in the digital space. Keeping focused on strategy while remaining nimble can be a challenge. We rely heavily on data and use numbers as our guiding light.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Serve only your ideal customers - get to know them inside and out. Ditch the idea of trying to be everything to everyone.
  2. Simplify your offerings - avoid creating another product when leads or sales don't happen quickly.
  3. Follow your numbers and understand what they are telling you about your offerings and your audience.
