Tell us about yourself
As a stay-at-home Mom turned entrepreneur, I am motivated daily to welcome our guests in and offer them made from scratch cupcakes or serve them our own High Tea as they gather with the ones they love to spend time with.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
With much tenacity and determination, we made it past the first five years when other businesses don't- so to be in the top 5% of companies that make it is my biggest accomplishment. We are celebrating 15 years in the baking!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Human Resources. Keeping the team focused and all in all the time!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Make a business plan, grow thick skin (you will need it), and create a manual for everything single task in your business and use it!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Keep the WHY you are in business front and center. It will help you with the what and how.
