What's your business, and who are your customers?

I teach female solopreneurs how to create and execute strategies, organize and systematize their businesses, and level up their productivity. My mission is to help these women grow their businesses by teaching them how to create and execute strategies, hone their marketing skills, and level up their productivity. From the big picture to the day-to-day, I share tips, tutorials, and tools to help them grow their own businesses.

Tell us about yourself

I spent over 25 years working in the financial services industry. I started out in Human Resources, but I quickly moved into Training and then Marketing. I eventually became an Executive Leader, but I always felt like something was missing. I had been blogging on the side for a few years, and I realized that I could use my business knowledge to help women who want to live their lives on their own terms. So, I started a new blog where I could share my knowledge and experience with women who want to be their own bosses. I aim to help women achieve their goals and live their best lives. Being able to inspire and empower women to follow their dreams is what motivates me to do what I do. Seeing the impact I can have on someone's life is the best feeling in the world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is helping women to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I love seeing women succeed, and I am so grateful to be able to play a role in their success stories. And I'm proud that I can lead by example. The key to my success has been my ability to adapt and change with the times. I'm always experimenting with new ideas and new ways of doing things, and that's what keeps my business fresh and exciting. I'm constantly learning and growing, and that's what I love about being a business owner.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

My biggest challenge as a business owner has been finding the right balance between work and life. I'm a very driven person, and I often find myself working long hours. It's important to me to be present for my family and friends, and to make time for my hobbies and interests, so finding the right balance can be a challenge, but it's so worth it.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The best advice I can give to someone thinking about starting their own business is to just go for it. Don't let fear or self-doubt hold you back. You can always learn as you go, and there are so many resources available to help you.

My second piece of advice is to focus on your strengths. When you're starting a business, it's important to focus on your strengths and delegate or outsource the rest. This will allow you to focus on what you're good at and what you enjoy, and it will help you to grow your business more quickly.

And finally, my third piece of advice is to always be learning. The business world is constantly changing, and staying on top of new trends and developments is critical. The best way to do this is to make learning a part of your daily routine. Whether you're reading blogs, listening to podcasts, or taking courses, make sure you're always learning new things and expanding your knowledge.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Don't be afraid to go after what you want. You don't have to feel stuck. You can always make a change, and it's never too late to start your own business. If you have a dream, go after it. If you want to make a difference, don't let anything hold you back. You have what it takes to be a successful business owner, so go out there and make your dream a reality.
