What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help professional business leaders step up their leadership game so that they can have more confidence, impact, and influence. I help leaders gain awareness of, challenge, and break through those beliefs holding them back so they can live to their full potential and be great leaders!

Tell us about yourself

I've always loved to explore and do my own thing, which is why I have my own business. I like to provoke thinking and challenge the status quo, and working for myself allows me to do that. I'm motivated by helping people to step up, take responsibility, and become better versions of themselves....and seeing the transformations that occur with my clients.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing the transformation and results that my clients get. Building a 6 figure business.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Isolation and lack of connection with others (at times).

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be super clear on why your business exists, who you help and how you help them. Don't try to help everybody. Get specific and build your expertise, helping a niche market.
