What's your business, and who are your customers?

At Today’s Immunity, we protect your family members from respiratory infections for over 24 hours with a single capsule. Over 2 billion people are affected yearly by seasonal respiratory infections, spending over $31 billion on immune support products. Our formula activates a natural metabolic process throughout the body to combat respiratory infections. Our target customers currently purchase Vitamin C and use it daily. These buyers guide supplement choices for their extended families. While current immunity-boosting products are growing, very few sustain support for more than 24 hours or are measurable by the user. Today’s Immunity 24-hour single capsule solution also contains nitric oxide testing strips that allow the user to see that the capsules are working. These simple spit strips turn pink when nitric oxide is generated. Customers seek, buy, and take new immune-boosting supplements at record levels.

Tell us about yourself

After six weeks of a worsening respiratory infection, several symptoms became chronic. After about a year of my daily insomnia, fatigue, numb feet, shortness of breath, and periodic A-fib, I got a call. My longtime friend told me about a 2005 vitamin C and nitric oxide study (the article) that seemed to stop SAR-1. Since I was desperate, I analyzed several of these studies and decided something could help.

As a scientist, I designed an optimized set of safe ingredients. When my materials arrived, I made my first 100 capsules. Later that day, I took the first Today’s Immunity capsule. After 20 mins, my test strips were bright pink (meaning my blood was FULL of oxygen). Twenty-four hours later, a new test strip was still bright pink. At that point, I realized I may have built the most potent immunity product globally. That was over a year ago. My daily capsule has eliminated my chronic symptoms, and my stronger immune system has improved my overall health.

So, I decided to start running again after decades. I now have crazy endurance. While my muscles, bones, and head needed strengthening, I never ran out of oxygen. Almost every day, I now run 4-6 miles. Today, my blood pressure is 107/63, with a resting heart rate of 54 (my heart has diminished capacity). As a plus, my blood oxygen is constantly over 97%.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We got our product developed, branded, manufactured, and open for sale to the world.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Managing cash flow. Expenses are everywhere.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Ideas get you into the game; cash allows you to play.
  2. Focus on MVP and expenses. Nothing else.
  3. You can do 99 things right and only one thing wrong to fail. You must focus on validated milestones, customer or product success, and CASH FLOW.
