What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an Authentic Leadership Coach. I help high-achieving women who invest in personal development and want to slow down and take control of their life.

Tell us about yourself

I am a bold stand for transformation in the world. I want women to rise above adversity and get back to their authentic selves- free and unconstrained. My motivation is watching women break through their limits and stand in their power.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I grew a 6 figure business and a multi 7 figure business with three business partners. After two years of climbing the ladder and making an international impact, winning 4 global business awards, and being featured in Forbes, Thrive Global, and Global Woman, amongst other major publications, I was asked to step down and out of business. I turned the setback as a setup and rebranded and achieved another feat of growing to multiple 6 figures in 3 months, starting over again.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Mastering my mind and being 100% responsible as the source creator of my life. Life is happening as me. I am the source creator, and I am in the driver's seat of creating the life I desire.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Invest in a mentor who is where you want to be. They will save you years and a lot of money figuring it out.
  2. Set clear intentions and focus on your being. That will guide the doing.
  3. Entrepreneurship is a roller coaster ride. Learn to master your emotions and have faith in yourself.
