Be the Best Version of Yourself - Tilde Guajardo

Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Tilde Guajardo, Founder of Womanars LLC, located in Dallas, TX, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm a Spiritual Alchemist; I teach women all over the world how to heal their past by mastering their minds, how to love and trust themselves more and create maximum impact in their life and the life of others by aligning with their true Source of power. I serve women who are ready to step into their calling and commit to becoming the change they want to see in the world.

Tell us about yourself

My business idea was born from going through my own spiritual growth and transformation. I was able to overcome some very traumatic events both early on as a child and later on in my adult life, and I feel called to share my story, experiences, and practices with others in hopes they will be inspired to make positive changes in their own life and create a more meaningful and happy life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing the women I work with make their dreams a reality and create a more meaningful and happy life. It's wonderful to play a small part in their transformation and see the glimmer of light in their eyes again as they gain clarity and see their self-worth and confidence soar. Another big accomplishment was my TEDx Talk in May of 2018 in Austin, Texas.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Following your intuition and trusting yourself is one of the hardest things to do as a business owner, but necessary if you want to build a business with clarity and stay true to your values and the vision you have for your business. Coaches and mentors are great resources, but in the end, an entrepreneur has to do what's right for them and the vision they have for their business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get crystal clear about whether you have a viable business. The world is changing, and so are consumers, as they are becoming more conscious about where they spend their money based on their personal values. Test the market, and be flexible on how you serve them best.
  2. Surround yourself with a handful of trusted advisors. The circle should include people who understand you and your business, align with your values, and will look out for your best interests spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
  3. Build a strong team, and know your own strengths and weaknesses, so you hire accordingly. As you grow, hire team members who align with your values first, then for their skillset. This will ensure a loyal, communicative, and collaborative team if and when things get tough.
