What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an inner transformation specialist who helps intuitives that have lost themselves in other people transform their relationship with themselves, others, and the universe through transformative tarot journeys.

Tell us about yourself

I opened a holistic centre in my early twenties - that's when I went pro with Tarot. I closed it three years later and ended up Tarot reading in Covent Garden, where I ended up being commissioned to write a manual and teach, that manual got published, won an award, and landed me a regular slot on TV, but I wasn't happy with how society saw tarot - I had to come away from mainstream media and teach The Transformational Truth of Tarot, which is now a multi-award-winning brand.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping hundreds of intuitives to understand themselves, unlock the magic of the tarot and their lives, and transform their relationships with parents, children, loved ones, colleagues - anyone really, but most importantly themselves.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Fear and ego! The grip can be so strong it can push you over the edge - I had a decade of that before I learned my worth isn't my business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Look after and trust yourself first and foremost.
  2. Success takes a long time with many ups and downs and twists and turns - be in it for the journey, not the destination.
  3. Read and apply Don Miguel's 5 Agreements to everything.
