What's your business, and who are your customers?

At Tidbit, we carefully bake cookies by hand, in small batches, from scratch.

Tell us about yourself

I started in 2013 with a bakeshop in Spain. It was successful for several years. Once COVID hit and the economy shut down, I returned to Canada, now based in Calgary. Currently busy reviving the business, focused on cookies.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Opening a bakeshop abroad and building the business from scratch.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

All the long hours that come with running a business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
