Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Stephanie Wigner, Founder of The Wealthy Wellness Practice, located in Naples, FL, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
The Wealthy Wellness Practice helps brick-and-mortar wellness practitioners get more patients, keep more patients, and operate like a well-oiled machine so they can free up time. We pride ourselves in showing women everywhere that their dreams are totally attainable with the right guidance.
The old paradigm of having to work 40+ hours a week, sacrificing your health and time with your family just to build a profitable business is OUT. Building a business that is enjoyable, profitable, and aligned with all of your core values is IN. We’ve dedicated our lives to showing women that you don’t have to choose between being an entrepreneur, a mom, or a devoted spouse. You really get to have it all!
Tell us about yourself
I’m here to encourage women who have big dreams to stop playing small. While I like to think I have a diverse background in most businesses, it’s no secret that I do my best work with service-based providers. I originally started my career as a chiropractor, and when 2020 hit, I saw a lot of my colleagues struggling to keep their doors open. I decided then that I wanted to help them not only survive but thrive. I started coaching other practitioners so that they could build businesses and lives that they love. I love helping women, in particular, realize their full potential as a businesswoman and as matriarchs of their families.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
So far, I would say my biggest accomplishment is building a business that employs several other women. I love having an all-girl squad. We make a big difference in our community, and I’m proud of that.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is navigating motherhood and running multiple businesses. Balancing the needs of my family with the needs of my business requires a lot of attention, and I like to think that I have found a very successful way to do it!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Start today. You’re never going to feel 100% ready, and the you five years from now is going to be so grateful you took that first step.
