What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm the founder of The Truth Catalyst. I support high-achievers on their quest to transform trauma, chronic pain, and illness into unapologetic authenticity, unbound wellness, and unabashed prosperity.
For nearly two decades, I have helped clients worldwide overcome lifetimes of anxiety, and depression, eradicate addictions and reduce cycles of chronic pain and dysfunctional relationship patterns.
My uniquely formulated approach, The Truth Catalyst Method, can help clients who have lost hope when every other method has failed them. I am in the process of creating a training program to teach other practitioners my method.
Tell us about yourself
Truthfully, my entire life has led me to this work. Not to sound too corny, but I know I'm living my purpose. I'm driven because I can help others completely transform themselves and their lives in the most profound ways.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
You are the only person who can keep your vision alive, and you must have the fortitude, drive, and motivation to do that.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know what drives you every day to do what you do because when things are complex and you don't see the end of the road, you still have to get up and keep pushing forward.
- Find your gift. The reason why you were put here is to do and create your version of it.
- Be authentically you. Your people will find you.
