I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years in healthcare. I launched into nurse entrepreneurship as a Stress Solution Strategist and Emotional Intelligence Consultant and founded The Stress Blueprint. During the pandemic, I suffered from the stress of trying to determine if I should align with my purpose of returning to the clinical setting as a new mom and new wife despite the global pandemic. Once I made the decision to return to the frontline, a new life opened up for me. I now empower other healthcare professionals to manage their stress so they can live a purposeful life that exemplifies well-being.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a result of working with The Stress Blueprint, healthcare professionals have been able to reduce their stress levels, enhance their workplace engagement, and improve their well-being.
