What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a sports performance training company. Mainly athletes, ranging from age 10 - Adults.

Tell us about yourself

I always knew after playing pro ball I wanted to do something I was passionate about. My coach and mentor, Greg Werner, said I had a gift at training, so I said, “why not.” What motivates me is that I get to impact people from around the world, both directly and indirectly.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment has been being in business for 14 years. God has truly blessed me there.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Trying not to compare yourself to anyone else. You may see someone else doing better than you are, or you feel you aren’t where you should be when actually, you are right where you are supposed to be. And be grateful for where you are!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find your why (and don’t let it be all about money).
  2. Set your long-term goals, then plan backwards.
  3. Do it! Don’t let anyone talk you out of what you feel is in your heart you want to do!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

When I started this company, it was to inspire and empower athletes, but I like to think I’m inspiring that next entrepreneur out there as well. I started with a leap of faith, and thru many failures, praying, and a positive mindset, this company has taken off! God is good!
