What's your business, and who are your customers?
The Rubra Group helps family businesses work through generational succession issues. We generally help companies in the Agriculture, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors but have assisted a wide variety of businesses over the last 13 years. Our customers generally have revenues between $20 MM and $200 MM and have been in business for more than 20 years.

I have a significant amount of experience in both publically traded and large privately held organizations.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Assisting families to keep their businesses when they might have thought their only option was to sell them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being a business owner is challenging.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
If you are going to build a business, do it with a servant's heart. Do it in a manner that makes you personally happy and proud.
