What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are Prosana - Team Growth Company. We help eCommerce companies & marketing agencies build lean processes & high-performing teams. We do that by offering consulting services, process implementation services & recruitment.
Tell us about yourself
The journey to finding my WHY started with seeing so many people, including my closest ones, struggle with work. The majority of them hated their jobs.
Knowing how much time we spend at work, I never wanted to be the person to hate my job. Too much energy wasted, too much time lost. Not feeling 100% happy, I decided to quit my corporate career and go on a job hunt to find that joy & fulfillment I saw missing in so many people’s eyes at work. I went out there looking for a purpose at work.
Soon, I landed in Sugatan (a fully remote & international marketing agency), a place where I truly & honestly fell in love with work. During my time there, I realized that with the same mission, vision, values & goals, a group of the right people could achieve so much, and work suddenly doesn’t feel like work anymore.
Feeling like we were on a journey together, the work became purposeful again.
Being on that journey, I realized that teamwork isn’t something you leave up to luck. You have to be conscious about what you want to achieve, how you want to achieve it, and with whom.
Seeing teamwork missing in so many great organizations, I decided to help others build purposeful organizations so that more and more people could feel what I feel every day - joy, happiness & fulfillment.
And that’s my WHY and the WHY behind Prosana - create a world where everybody finds purpose in their work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping so many people meet their dream companies, dream teams & dream people and, of course, helping them find purpose at work!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Building that high-performing team is the hardest thing. I believe that your team is your biggest competitive advantage, and getting really good people onboard and keeping them motivated - that's not easy. But if you do this part right - anything is possible, and all the other hard things become not so hard after all.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You don't need to be your 110% every day, but you need to be there every single day. Consistency is the key.
- Don't say yes to every tempting opportunity. Stay focusses.
- Don't underestimate the power of follow-ups. People forget to respond.
