What's your organization, and who are your members?

The Pinchas Foundation was established to offer individuals Energy/Spiritual healing services and classes. We also support the equine rescue efforts of others. Regarding our healing work, physical illness results from spiritual, mental, and emotional challenges. So healing results from working through these issues.

Tell us about yourself

I faced health challenges for a number of years that Western medicine couldn't fully address. I believe in Western medicine, but sometimes more is needed. A woman who practices her Apache ancestors' energy/spiritual healing ways helped me breakthrough.

I was so appreciative and impressed with my healing and the healing of others that I began to study under her and ultimately created the Foundation with my wife to offer Spiritual/Energy healing services. This women and others we worked with also did equine rescue work, which motivated the Foundation's efforts in this area.

What's your biggest accomplishment as an organization?

I don’t feel there is any one thing we have done that could be labeled as
our biggest accomplishment.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with starting an organization?

Most people who start an organization are passionate about the product.
But you also have to spend a lot of time performing administrative and
related tasks, things that are necessary but that may not be a passion for
you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow an organization today?

1. Prepare for most things to take longer than you expect.
2. Prepare for things to cost more than you expect.
3. Plan on trying a variety of different marketing approaches.
