What's your business, and who are your customers?
My company is a gifting company. We offer gifts that can be ordered straight from the website or customized to a client's needs. We cater to individuals as well as to corporate business.
Tell us about yourself
I am a creative person who loves to see the joy these gifts bring to individuals as well as to different events. I started by making gift baskets/boxes as gifts and was encouraged to start learning the business until I felt comfortable putting myself out there.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is knowing that my business is constantly growing, and the feedback I get from clients keeps me going each day.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is to keep going when there is a slow period, or I am having a bad day or a difficult client to deal with.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
