Having worked for over 20+ years in corporate America for several Fortune 500 companies, I realized that I had a strong passion and desire to help colleagues and employees unlock their full potential. My life purpose and superpower lie in the ability to unlock people's full potential. I love seeing the best in people and helping them become the best versions of themselves in business and in life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been publishing several books over the years, which help me coach and share my knowledge with people I might never get to coach personally.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, you always have to continue to market your business and have systems in place that help you work "in" and "on" your business successfully.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The top 3 tips I would give anyone starting a business are:
- Always believe in yourself.
- Clearly define your niche and ideal target market for clients and
customers. - Never give up.
