What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a coaching and consultancy developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and supporting regenerative business practices that foster creativity and inclusive company cultures. Our customers are individual executives, company leaders, co-founders, and teams across various industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals, e-sports, the music industry, and technology companies.
Tell us about yourself
I am an executive coach. The Mind Takeaway specialises in leadership development and high-performance teams. As a trusted executive mentor for the European Innovation Council, I support Female CEOs and senior leaders to bolster their skills in communication, leadership, and culture to grow inclusive and sustainable companies with a focus on regenerative business practices.
I'm the co-host of The Mind Takeaway podcast exploring the topics of creativity, leadership, and psychology. I regularly speak about my experiences at European Innovation Council programs and international summits on Diversity, Leadership, and Creativity. I'm also a professional musician. I previously toured as a DJ for many years and performed at some of the world's most successful festivals and clubs, such as Glastonbury and Creamfields festivals, to name a few.
Over the last two decades, I developed hundreds of individuals and high-performing teams for Orange in the United Kingdom, Zurich International Life in the United Arab Emirates, and Booking.com in Germany. I'm a trusted mentor for the European Innovation Council Leadership programme and an adjunct Professor for the School of Business at Woxsen University.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growing over the last three years without asking anyone else for money and working with some of the best brands in the world, such as Lego.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Having patience.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Listen to understand yourself and others.
- Things often do not happen overnight, it can take time to prepare for opportunities.
- Get yourself a mentor.
