What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Raising up thousands of people to live life on purpose and make the most of what is in their hands. My fruit doesn't just grow on my own tree.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Sticking with what you know to be your calling even when the profits do not match the purpose.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find a genuine need in the world, not just something that seems cool.
  2. Connect your Career and your Calling: most are called to business but don't know it.
  3. Start with what is in your hands. Don't focus on what you do not have.
