What's your business, and who are your customers?
I provide sports entertainment and journalism through the Habs Unfiltered podcast and the interviews, assessments, scouting reports, and more found on The Hockey Writers, Recrutes, The Crier Media, The Score, and MSM, among many others.
Tell us about yourself
I started as a way to just talk about hockey. Over the last few years, it has grown into a career as a freelance sports writer and podcaster. My love of the sport pushes me to continue to share my views and interact with others online or in person, including hockey fans, members of the media, professional coaches, managers, and players.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To have earned the opportunity to cover major events in person, such as the NHL Draft and the Mens Under 20 World Junior Hockey Championships.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Time appreciation. Finding a way to balance all of the different roles as a producer, tech support, and journalist with my personal life and another career.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

- Set short-term attainable goals.
- Never compromise your values or ethics, and stay true to your vision and goals.
