What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a COO (Chief Operations Officer) for 7-figure coaches and healers in the personal development space. My mission is to help the leaders of the world when they start their businesses so they can have a bigger impact. I provide done-for-you business operations services and business operations consulting.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business after the death of my cousin and wanted to create more time freedom for myself versus being glued to my laptop 24/7. What motivates me is helping entrepreneurs who are stressed out and feeling like wanting to burn their business to the ground — finally get the freedom they've been looking for and create a business that is profitable and pleasurable.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is hiring a team. Being able to see my team members put their kids in the best schools, make fun trips with their families, and do work that energizes and excites them too.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things as a business owner is managing client expectations and boundaries. It's finding that delicate balance between providing an amazing service and not marrying yourself, either. Do you want to pour from overflow, not from resentment/burnout/fear of not being liked?
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Daily mindset and regulation practices.
- Consistent social media content (whether you are running ads or not, you want to be brand-building and having consistent social media is part of a brand-building strategy).
- Read The compound effect over and over and over again and apply it to every area of your business.
