Newborn to not born yet to 100-year-olds of all genders. It's unique.

I am just starting retirement. It has always been in my life, new faces and returning guests and how excited we get over tea and service.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Starting a business with no funding is hard but doable... finding creative ways to market .......Seeing guests return frequently with family and friends ....... word of mouth and recommendations goes a long way.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Trying to be cook hostess bookkeeper booking person takedown set up fine-tuning every aspect.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do it, surround yourself with loyal workers, family, and friends.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I am in the process of selling the Tea Room after seven years. I am 70 years old moving out to Vancouver Island with my family. I hope that I find a loving new tea person to take over.
