What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is media broadcasting, including podcasts and talk shows. Our customers are creators and podcasters, as well as companies who are interested in advertising their products and services.

Hicham John Elanmati, AKA Hurricane H. I'm a seasoned healthcare sales executive and a leader with over 28 years of Health Insurance and Managed Care experience, sales and marketing strategist, innovator, and motivator with a vast and deep understanding of Managed Care Organizations and the health insurance industry and its critical nuances and complex design.
I held various key and vital roles at different health plans and insurance US-based carriers, including WellCare, Emblem Health (HIP VIP), Health Plus (Amerigroup), and VNSNY CHOICE, just to name a few, ranging from Director of Sales and Business Development, VP of Sales and Operations to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
I also served as a senior consultant of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy with some of the largest consulting firms in the nation: The Gorman Health Group, as well as Compliance Strategies.
An executive, a registered new media journalist, reporter, talk show host, moderator, director, and producer, also owner and co-founder of Health Planz Inc, a Health Insurance and Consulting Brokerage Firm, The Fit and The Fab Fitness Brand, and ARGANISSIMA New York, an international Cosmetic Company as well as the proud inventor and intellectual property utility patent owner of the ILS system.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is the creation of a network where people can promote their knowledge and resources worldwide and the ability to educate, enlighten, inspire and motivate the masses to have a better, healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is perseverance.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Based on my experience having started multiple businesses, I would advise anyone contemplating a new business the following key pointers:
- Be committed and patient, as it is a marathon, not a sprint.
- Have a good plan and learn everything you need about the business you intend to embark on.
- Don’t procrastinate. Just get started and build on what you have to start with.
